🥤 Fruity Nectarine-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- Nectarine 2 pcs
- Blueberries, fresh 150 g
- Orange juice 500 ml
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
- Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the nectarines under running water.
- 2. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pit.
- 3. Slice the fruit into wedges.
- 4. Set aside four nectarine wedges for decoration.
- 5. Wash the blueberries and let them drain well.
- 6. Reserve one teaspoon of blueberries for garnishing.
- 7. Place the remaining nectarines, blueberries, and orange juice into the blender.
- 8. Add the vanilla sugar.
- 9. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 10. Sweeten the smoothie with powdered sugar to taste if desired.
- 11. Thread the reserved nectarine wedges and blueberries onto wooden skewers.
- 12. Pour the smoothie evenly into four glasses.
- 13. Garnish the glasses with the prepared wooden skewers.
