🥤 Pork Neck Steaks in Honey-Coffee Marinade

Ingredients
- shallots 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- coffee 10 ml
- mustard 1 tsp
- oil 6 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pork neck steaks 600 g
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots and garlic and chop finely. Mix in a bowl with coffee, mustard and oil and season with honey and pepper. Rinse the steaks, pat dry with a kitchen towel, turn in the marinade and set aside to marinate.
- 2. Take the steaks out of the marinade, let them drain well and grill the neck steaks on the hot grill (optionally on an aluminum foil tray) for about 6–8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy your meal! Tip: [recipeLink=150939] goes well with this.
