  1. 1. Take the chuck steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature.
  2. 2. Halve an onion, peel it, and dice it into fine cubes.
  3. 3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Sauté the onion cubes for about three minutes until they are soft.
  5. 5. Remove the onions from the pan and place them in a bowl.
  6. 6. Wash the snack cucumbers and remove the ends from both the snack and gherkin cucumbers.
  7. 7. Dice the cucumbers into fine cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the dill and parsley, shake off excess water, and remove any thick stems.
  9. 9. Finely chop the herbs.
  10. 10. Add the chopped herbs and cucumber cubes to the bowl with the onions.
  11. 11. Add one tablespoon of sweet mustard, one tablespoon of regular mustard, one tablespoon of pickle juice, and one tablespoon of oil.
  12. 12. Mix everything well and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Preheat your grill.
  14. 14. Grill the chuck steaks on all sides for about six to eight minutes until golden brown.
  15. 15. Remove the cooked steaks from the grill.
  16. 16. Serve the steaks with the prepared mustard-pickle topping.
