🍽️ Juicy Chuck Steaks with Zesty Mustard-Pickle Relish

Ingredients
- pork neck steaks 600 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc
- oil 2 tbsp
- mini cucumbers 2 pcs
- pickling cucumbers 4 pcs
- dill, fresh 10 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- sweet mustard 1 tbsp
- mustard 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take the chuck steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature.
- 2. Halve an onion, peel it, and dice it into fine cubes.
- 3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4. Sauté the onion cubes for about three minutes until they are soft.
- 5. Remove the onions from the pan and place them in a bowl.
- 6. Wash the snack cucumbers and remove the ends from both the snack and gherkin cucumbers.
- 7. Dice the cucumbers into fine cubes.
- 8. Wash the dill and parsley, shake off excess water, and remove any thick stems.
- 9. Finely chop the herbs.
- 10. Add the chopped herbs and cucumber cubes to the bowl with the onions.
- 11. Add one tablespoon of sweet mustard, one tablespoon of regular mustard, one tablespoon of pickle juice, and one tablespoon of oil.
- 12. Mix everything well and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Preheat your grill.
- 14. Grill the chuck steaks on all sides for about six to eight minutes until golden brown.
- 15. Remove the cooked steaks from the grill.
- 16. Serve the steaks with the prepared mustard-pickle topping.
