🍽️ Naan – Indian Flatbread

Ingredients
- yeast, fresh 15 g
- sugar 1 tsp
- water 80 ml
- wheat flour, type 405 300 g
- sea salt 0.5 tsp
- sunflower oil 1 tbsp
- yogurt, plain 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl, dissolve together with the sugar in 80 ml lukewarm water and let rest covered for about 10 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, knead the flour, salt, yeast mixture, oil and yogurt into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise covered for about 1–2 hours until it has doubled in size.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Dust a work surface with flour and knead the dough again. Divide into 8 equal portions and roll out thinly. Place the naan flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake each for about 4 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
