Ingredients
- Dinkel flour, Type 630 225 g
- salt 1 tsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- water 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 3. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- 4. Shape each portion into a ball.
- 5. Cover the dough balls.
- 6. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour.
- 7. Roll out the dough balls flat.
- 8. Preheat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- 9. Cook the bread on the first side for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 10. Flip the bread and cook the second side for another 2 to 3 minutes.
