Ingredients
- Sugar 150 g
- Salt Pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Baking soda 0.25 tsp
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil 150 ml
- Buttermilk 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 3. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
- 4. Whisk all liquid ingredients in a second, separate bowl.
- 5. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
- 6. Stir the batter briefly until no dry spots remain.
- 7. Fill the paper liners with the batter using a large spoon or portion scoop.
- 8. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 9. Remove the muffins from the oven and take them out of the tin.
- 10. Let the muffins cool down completely on a wire rack.
