Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 150 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs
- wheat flour, type 405 200 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a bowl and beat the soft butter with a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until creamy.
- 3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the butter.
- 4. Add the eggs one by one and continue stirring.
- 5. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl.
- 6. Mix everything quickly until a smooth batter forms.
- 7. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
- 8. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with paper cases.
- 9. Distribute the batter evenly among the cases.
- 10. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and take them out of the tin.
- 12. Let them cool on a wire rack.
