  5. 5. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl.
  6. 6. Mix everything quickly until a smooth batter forms.
  7. 7. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
  8. 8. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with paper cases.
  9. 9. Distribute the batter evenly among the cases.
  10. 10. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and take them out of the tin.
  12. 12. Let them cool on a wire rack.
