🍰 Müsli Cookies with Raisins

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 175 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- sugar 150 g
- raisins 100 g
- almonds, whole 30 g
- butter 120 g
- water 80 ml
- honey 75 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (convection). Mix oat flakes, flour, baking powder, sugar and raisins in a bowl. Chop the almonds coarsely and add them.
- 2. Melt the butter with water and honey in a pot over medium heat. Stir in the oat mixture.
- 3. Form small portions from the mixture using two teaspoons and place them on baking sheets lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes, until they are light brown. Let the muesli cookies cool. Enjoy!
