  2. 2. Let the yeast mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients with your hands to form a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Toast the walnuts in the pan for about 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the walnuts, muesli, and three quarters of the vegan cheese flavor to the dough.
  9. 9. Knead the ingredients well into the dough.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into eight equal portions.
  11. 11. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. 12. Cover the rolls with a clean kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the remaining vegan cheese flavor over the rolls.
  16. 16. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  17. 17. Carefully remove the rolls from the oven.
  18. 18. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
