🍳 Crunchy Muesli Rolls with Vegan Cheese Flavor

Ingredients
- Dry yeast 0.5 pcs
- Water 250 ml
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Spelt flour, Type 630 500 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Walnut kernels 125 g
- Muesli with fruits, nuts and seeds 100 g
- Vemondo Grated Delight 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and sugar.
- 2. Let the yeast mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture.
- 4. Knead the ingredients with your hands to form a smooth dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Toast the walnuts in the pan for about 2 minutes.
- 8. Add the walnuts, muesli, and three quarters of the vegan cheese flavor to the dough.
- 9. Knead the ingredients well into the dough.
- 10. Divide the dough into eight equal portions.
- 11. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 12. Cover the rolls with a clean kitchen towel.
- 13. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
- 15. Sprinkle the remaining vegan cheese flavor over the rolls.
- 16. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- 17. Carefully remove the rolls from the oven.
- 18. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
