  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and dissolve in lukewarm water with 1 tbsp sugar. Let this mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes. Then add the flour, the muesli and the salt to a bowl and knead everything well. Let the dough rise again covered for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection). Gently shape the dough on a floured work surface into a long roll. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise covered for another 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Bake the muesli rolls in the oven for about 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a cake rack. Enjoy your meal!
