🍳 Muesli Rolls

Ingredients
- yeast, fresh 0.5 pcs
- water 400 ml
- brown sugar 1 tsp
- spelt flour, type 630 500 g
- crunchy muesli 100 g
- salt 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and dissolve in lukewarm water with 1 tbsp sugar. Let this mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes. Then add the flour, the muesli and the salt to a bowl and knead everything well. Let the dough rise again covered for 1 hour.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection). Gently shape the dough on a floured work surface into a long roll. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise covered for another 15 minutes.
- 3. Bake the muesli rolls in the oven for about 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a cake rack. Enjoy your meal!
