  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the bananas.
  3. 3. Slice one of the bananas into rounds.
  4. 4. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  5. 5. Halve the apples and remove the core.
  6. 6. Grate one apple coarsely.
  7. 7. Slice the second apple into rounds as well.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
  9. 9. Take the second banana and mash it into a pulp in a large bowl using a fork.
  10. 10. Add the grated apple to the banana mixture.
  11. 11. Pour in the milk.
  12. 12. Add the eggs.
  13. 13. Stir in the honey.
  14. 14. Add the vanilla sugar.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the cinnamon over it.
  16. 16. Add a pinch of salt.
  17. 17. Fold in the baking powder.
  18. 18. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  19. 19. Fold in the sliced almonds.
  20. 20. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
  21. 21. Fold in the chopped hazelnuts.
  22. 22. Fold in the oat flakes.
  23. 23. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
  24. 24. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
  25. 25. Garnish the surface with the prepared banana slices.
  26. 26. Garnish the surface with the prepared apple slices.
  27. 27. Bake the bake for about 30 minutes in the oven.
  28. 28. Carefully remove the bake from the oven.
  29. 29. Serve the bake warm or cooled down.
