  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and let it cool down afterwards.
  2. 2. Sort through the blueberries, wash them and let them drain well. Peel the banana and puree it together with the buttermilk in a tall container.
  3. 3. Mix the egg, honey and cooled butter in a bowl. Add flour, muesli, baking powder and vanilla sugar and mix everything well. Add the blueberries. Stir the banana milk in carefully with a spoon until the batter just holds together.
  4. 4. Distribute the batter on a muffin tin lined with paper liners. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 35–40 minutes, until they are light brown. Let the muesli muffins with blueberries cool down a bit and serve them lukewarm or cold. Enjoy!
