  1. 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly. Peel it if the skin is tough, and slice it into thin pieces.
  2. 2. Rinse the strawberries under cold water. Remove the green stems and slice the berries as well.
  3. 3. Put the yogurt into a small bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the rhubarb slices and sauté them for about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Deglaze the pot with 50 milliliters of water. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over it and let the compote simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Take bowls or jars. Layer the yogurt, rhubarb compote, strawberries, and muesli alternately.
  7. 7. Serve the dish immediately. Enjoy!
