🍰 Fruity Muesli with Rhubarb Compote and Strawberries

Ingredients
- rhubarb 4 pcs.
- strawberries 8 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 500 g
- sugar 3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- butter 1 tbsp
- muesli with fruits, nuts and seeds 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly. Peel it if the skin is tough, and slice it into thin pieces.
- 2. Rinse the strawberries under cold water. Remove the green stems and slice the berries as well.
- 3. Put the yogurt into a small bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
- 4. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the rhubarb slices and sauté them for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Deglaze the pot with 50 milliliters of water. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over it and let the compote simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
- 6. Take bowls or jars. Layer the yogurt, rhubarb compote, strawberries, and muesli alternately.
- 7. Serve the dish immediately. Enjoy!
