🍽️ Fresh Mozzarella Bowl with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
- Strawberries 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes mix 200 g
- Onions, red 0.5 pc.
- chili pepper mix 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Olive oil 6 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pine nuts 2 tbsp
- Buffalo mozzarella 3 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries.
- 2. Remove the green leaves and stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 4. Rinse the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 5. Cut the cherry tomatoes into hexagonal pieces.
- 6. Halve the onion.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 9. Rinse the peppers.
- 10. Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper.
- 11. Finely chop the pepper.
- 12. Clean the basil.
- 13. Shake the basil dry.
- 14. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 15. Chop the basil leaves finely.
- 16. Halve the lime.
- 17. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 18. Put two tablespoons of lime juice into a bowl.
- 19. Add olive oil and honey to the bowl.
- 20. Whisk the liquids together well.
- 21. Add the prepared strawberries to the bowl.
- 22. Add the prepared tomatoes to the bowl.
- 23. Add the prepared onion to the bowl.
- 24. Add the prepared pepper to the bowl.
- 25. Add the prepared basil leaves to the bowl.
- 26. Mix all ingredients with the dressing.
- 27. Season the mixture with salt.
- 28. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 29. Heat a pan over medium to high heat.
- 30. Roast the pine nuts in the pan.
- 31. Roast the pine nuts for about two minutes.
- 32. Remove the pine nuts from the heat as soon as they are golden brown.
- 33. Drain the mozzarella.
- 34. Pat the mozzarella dry with kitchen paper.
- 35. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 36. Place the mozzarella slices on the plates.
- 37. Pour the strawberry salsa over the mozzarella.
- 38. Sprinkle the roasted pine nuts over it.
- 39. Serve the dish.
