🍰 Creamy Coffee Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- gelatin leaves 2 pcs.
- eggs 1 pcs.
- whipping cream 130 g
- chocolate, white 75 g
- coffee, instant 1 tbsp.
- powdered sugar 40 g
- strawberries 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl of cold water and let it bloom.
- 2. Separate the eggs so that you have the yolks and whites apart.
- 3. Whip the egg whites in a bowl using a hand mixer until stiff.
- 4. Whip 100 grams of cream until stiff as well.
- 5. Place the whipped egg whites and the cream in the cold to chill.
- 6. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 7. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 8. Melt the chocolate pieces in a bowl placed over the hot water bath.
- 9. Heat the remaining cream in a pot.
- 10. Dissolve the coffee powder in the hot cream.
- 11. Squeeze the bloomed gelatin lightly.
- 12. Dissolve the gelatin in the coffee cream mixture.
- 13. Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar using a hand mixer.
- 14. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
- 15. Stir in the coffee cream mixture.
- 16. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream.
- 17. Gently fold in the remaining part of the cream.
- 18. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
- 19. Fill the mousse into small bowls.
- 20. Place the bowls in the cold for at least 3 hours.
- 21. Decorate the mousse with strawberries as desired.
- 22. Serve the mousse and enjoy!
