  2. 2. Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes on level 1 at 37 degrees without inserting the measuring cup.
  3. 3. Add flour, olive oil, and salt.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the kneading setting while the measuring cup is inserted.
  5. 5. Take the dough out of the container and shape it into a ball.
  6. 6. Place the dough ball into a bowl.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  9. 9. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
  10. 10. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly.
  11. 11. Shake the wild garlic dry.
  12. 12. Cut the Parmesan into small pieces.
  13. 13. Put the Parmesan into the mixing container.
  14. 14. Crush the Parmesan for 10 seconds on level 10 while the measuring cup is inserted.
  15. 15. Add the wild garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper.
  16. 16. Crush the mixture for 20 seconds on level 8 while the measuring cup is inserted.
  17. 17. Push the mixture down from the inner wall with a spatula.

  20. 20. Transfer the wild garlic pesto into a bowl.
