  3. 3. Also rinse the bell pepper thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  5. 5. Cut the bell pepper into large chunks.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves completely.
  7. 7. Put all prepared ingredients except the olive oil into the blender.
  8. 8. Blend the ingredients in the mixer until a coarse mixture forms.
  9. 9. Turn on the mixer and add the olive oil slowly in a thin stream.
  10. 10. Continue mixing until the sauce is creamy and thick.
  11. 11. Finally, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
