Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 2 bunch
- cilantro, fresh 10 g
- pepper, green 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 5 pc.
- vinegar 60 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- thyme, fresh 2 g
- olive oil 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Let the herbs drain well in a sieve.
- 3. Also rinse the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper into large chunks.
- 6. Peel the garlic cloves completely.
- 7. Put all prepared ingredients except the olive oil into the blender.
- 8. Blend the ingredients in the mixer until a coarse mixture forms.
- 9. Turn on the mixer and add the olive oil slowly in a thin stream.
- 10. Continue mixing until the sauce is creamy and thick.
- 11. Finally, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
