🍰 Fresh Mojito Popsicles

Ingredients
- Organic limes 1 pc
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- white rum 50 ml
- Lemonade 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
- 3. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Place half of the mint leaves into a tall container.
- 5. Add 3 tablespoons of lime juice.
- 6. Add 2 tablespoons of cane sugar.
- 7. Pour in 50 milliliters of rum.
- 8. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 9. Pour in 200 milliliters of lemon-lime soda.
- 10. Distribute the remaining mint leaves into the popsicle molds.
- 11. Pour the mojito mixture into the molds.
- 12. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
- 13. Place the molds in the freezer compartment.
- 14. Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- 15. Hold the molds under warm water briefly to release the popsicles.
