  1. 1. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.
  3. 3. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Place half of the mint leaves into a tall container.
  5. 5. Add 3 tablespoons of lime juice.
  6. 6. Add 2 tablespoons of cane sugar.
  7. 7. Pour in 50 milliliters of rum.
  8. 8. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
  9. 9. Pour in 200 milliliters of lemon-lime soda.
  10. 10. Distribute the remaining mint leaves into the popsicle molds.
  11. 11. Pour the mojito mixture into the molds.
  12. 12. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
  13. 13. Place the molds in the freezer compartment.
  14. 14. Freeze the popsicles for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  15. 15. Hold the molds under warm water briefly to release the popsicles.
