🥤 Mojito Bowl

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 50 g
- organic limes 8 pcs.
- brown sugar 150 g
- water 150 ml
- white rum 100 ml
- ice cubes 200 g
- Prosecco 2 L
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly, pat dry, and pick off half of the leaves. Wash the limes, slice four of them into rounds, and halve the remaining limes to squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a pot, bring the cane sugar, water, and the unpicked mint leaves to a boil. Simmer over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain the mint syrup through a sieve and let it cool.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the mint syrup well with the rum, lime juice, lime slices, and mint leaves.
- 4. Add ice cubes and top up with cold Prosecco. Enjoy the Mojito Punch immediately. Cheers!
