🥤 Fresh Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Brown Sugar 2 tsp
- white Rum 50 ml
- Crushed Ice 200 g
- Water with carbonation 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the lime under running water.
- 2. Cut the lime into wedges.
- 3. Rinse the mint leaves under cold water.
- 4. Gently dry the mint leaves with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Carefully separate the mint leaves from the tough stems.
- 6. Place the lime wedges into a tall cocktail glass.
- 7. Add the cane sugar to the lime wedges in the glass.
- 8. Mash the lime and sugar together firmly using a spoon or a muddler.
- 9. Pour the rum into the glass.
- 10. Add the prepared mint leaves to the glass.
- 11. Gently press the mint leaves to release their aroma.
- 12. Fill the glass with crushed ice up to two-thirds full.
- 13. Top up the drink with soda water.
- 14. Stir everything well with a spoon until thoroughly mixed.
- 15. Enjoy your homemade Mojito!
