  3. 3. Place the potatoes in a pot with salted water.
  4. 4. Bring the water to a boil.
  5. 5. Cook the potatoes over medium heat for about 20 minutes until they are soft.
  6. 6. Place the wooden skewers in a glass of cold water to soak.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions and trim off the ends.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
  9. 9. Remove the crusts from the toast bread.
  10. 10. Crumble or chop the toast bread into small pieces.
  11. 11. Separate the eggs so that you have distinct egg yolks and egg whites.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  13. 13. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
  14. 14. Chop the parsley finely.
  15. 15. Put the spring onions, toast bread, parsley, egg yolk, fried onions, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
  16. 16. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well together.
