🍽️ Crispy Mini Pizzas from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Pepper, green 1 pc.
- Mushrooms, white 40 g
- Mozzarella 1 pc.
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut off the hard ends. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- 2. Wash the bell pepper and cut off the top. Remove the seeds and slice the pepper into rings.
- 3. Wipe the mushrooms dry with a kitchen towel and slice them.
- 4. Drain the mozzarella and slice it into thin pieces.
- 5. Cut a piece of baking paper to fit exactly into your air fryer basket. Place it inside the basket.
- 6. Divide the pizza dough into four equal pieces. Poke each piece of dough several times with a fork.
- 7. Take one piece of dough and place it on the baking paper in the basket.
- 8. Pre-bake the dough at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Then turn the dough over.
- 9. Spread one quarter of the tomato sauce onto the dough.
- 10. Distribute one quarter of the prepared vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms) on top.
- 11. Place one quarter of the mozzarella on top.
- 12. Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil.
- 13. Bake the pizza at 180 degrees Celsius for another 5 minutes.
- 14. Season the finished mini pizza with a little pepper and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- 15. Repeat steps 6 to 14 with the remaining dough and ingredients to make the other three mini pizzas.
