  1. 1. In a bowl, beat the butter with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and mix well.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the butter-sugar mixture while stirring constantly. Stir in flour, baking powder, and milk until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
  3. 3. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Place 6 small portions of batter on the intersections of each half of the waffle iron and bake for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Let the finished mini waffles cool on a cake rack. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
