Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- sugar 70 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- eggs 3 pcs.
- wheat flour, type 405 250 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- milk 100 ml
- oil 1 tbsp
- powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, beat the butter with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and mix well.
- 2. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the butter-sugar mixture while stirring constantly. Stir in flour, baking powder, and milk until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
- 3. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Place 6 small portions of batter on the intersections of each half of the waffle iron and bake for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Let the finished mini waffles cool on a cake rack. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
