  1. 1. Cut onions in half, peel, and chop finely. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter in it. Add the onions and sauté with honey until they caramelize. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Wash the basil, shake it thoroughly to dry, remove the leaves from the stems, and finely chop half of it. In a bowl, mix the onions, basil, and goat cheese well.
  3. 3. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut off the top third. Carefully hollow out the tomatoes with a small spoon. Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the onion mixture, arrange the stuffed mini tomatoes on a plate, and serve decorated with the remaining basil leaves. Enjoy your meal!
