  1. 1. Put flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
  2. 2. Add eggs, milk, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients until a slightly thick batter forms.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  5. 5. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  6. 6. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
  7. 7. Peel the kiwi.
  8. 8. Cut the kiwi lengthwise into quarters.
  9. 9. Cut the kiwi quarters into small pieces.
  10. 10. Remove the physalis from their husks.
  11. 11. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  12. 12. Drop small amounts of batter into the pan using a teaspoon.
  13. 13. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  14. 14. Carefully flip the pancakes.
  15. 15. Cook the pancakes on the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Set the finished pancakes aside.
  17. 17. Repeat the cooking process until all the batter is used.
  18. 18. Skewer the pancakes and fruits as desired.
  19. 19. Drizzle the skewers with a bit of honey.
