🍰 Mini Pancakes on Skewers

Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, Type 405 100 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- sugar 10 g
- eggs 1 pc
- milk 90 ml
- vinegar 2 ml
- strawberries 150 g
- kiwi 1 pc
- physalis 12 pc
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- honey 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Add eggs, milk, and apple cider vinegar.
- 3. Stir the ingredients until a slightly thick batter forms.
- 4. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 6. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 7. Peel the kiwi.
- 8. Cut the kiwi lengthwise into quarters.
- 9. Cut the kiwi quarters into small pieces.
- 10. Remove the physalis from their husks.
- 11. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 12. Drop small amounts of batter into the pan using a teaspoon.
- 13. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- 14. Carefully flip the pancakes.
- 15. Cook the pancakes on the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Set the finished pancakes aside.
- 17. Repeat the cooking process until all the batter is used.
- 18. Skewer the pancakes and fruits as desired.
- 19. Drizzle the skewers with a bit of honey.
- 20. Serve the mini pancakes and enjoy your meal!
