  1. 1. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk, and a pinch of salt well. Sift the flour into the bowl and stir everything into a slightly thick batter. Fill the batter into a piping bag or, alternatively, into a freezer bag, cutting off one corner thinly.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tsp. of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Use the piping bag to squeeze small portions of batter into the pan and bake for about 1 minute on each side. Place the finished pancake cereals on a plate and repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
  3. 3. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly. Serve the mini pancakes in bowls together with the blueberries and chocolate chips. Enjoy! Tip: To prevent the mini pancakes from sticking together, make sure to leave enough space when squeezing out the batter.
