🍰 Mini Orange Charlottes

Ingredients
- ladyfingers 20 pcs
- leaf gelatin 5 g
- oranges 1 pc
- yogurt, plain 300 g
- sugar 40 g
- whipping cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Place four dessert rings with a diameter of about 8 cm on a plate.
- 2. Place the ladyfingers vertically into the rings.
- 3. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water and let them soak.
- 4. Thoroughly rinse the orange under hot water.
- 5. Finely grate about one teaspoon of the orange peel.
- 6. Cut the orange in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- 8. Put the yogurt, sugar, grated peel, and three tablespoons of orange juice into a bowl.
- 9. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 10. Squeeze the soaked gelatin lightly.
- 11. Put the gelatin in a pot with two tablespoons of orange juice.
- 12. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- 13. Mix two tablespoons of the yogurt mixture with the dissolved gelatin.
- 14. Add this gelatin-yogurt mixture back into the remaining yogurt mixture in the bowl.
- 15. Place the yogurt cream in the refrigerator to cool down.
- 16. Put the cream in a separate bowl.
- 17. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer and the whisk attachment.
- 18. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled yogurt cream.
- 19. Fill the cream evenly into the prepared dessert rings.
- 20. Place the charlottes in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
- 21. Decorate the finished charlottes as desired with dollops of cream or orange peel.
- 22. Serve the desserts and enjoy!
