Ingredients
- Sugar 75 g
- Salt Pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Raisins 100 g
- Chocolate, milk chocolate 125 g
- Butter 80 g
- Buttermilk 150 ml
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Icing sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl.
- 3. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, flour, baking powder, and raisins to the bowl.
- 4. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
- 5. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 6. Fold the chocolate pieces into the flour mixture.
- 7. Take a second bowl for the wet ingredients.
- 8. Whisk the softened butter, buttermilk, and egg vigorously.
- 9. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
- 10. Stir everything together until you have a smooth batter.
- 11. Grease the cups of your mini muffin tin.
- 12. Distribute the batter evenly onto the greased cups.
- 13. Place the tin into the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes.
- 15. Take the tin out of the oven.
- 16. Let the muffins cool down completely.
- 17. Lightly dust the finished muffins with powdered sugar.
