  2. 2. Take a bowl and beat soft butter with a hand mixer and whisk until frothy.
  3. 3. Add eggs, a pinch of salt, and sugar alternately to the butter mixture and mix well each time.
  4. 4. Mix flour and baking powder into the mass until a smooth batter forms.
  5. 5. Fill the batter into mini Gugelhupf molds.
  6. 6. Bake the cakes in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  7. 7. Sift powdered sugar into a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Mix the powdered sugar with honey to form a slightly thick glaze.
  9. 9. Add a little bit of water if the glaze is too thick.
  10. 10. Turn out the finished mini Gugelhupfs from the molds.
  11. 11. Let the cakes cool down for a short while.
  12. 12. Carefully dip the cakes into the sugar glaze.
  13. 13. Let the excess glaze drip off.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the cakes with sugar pearls.
