  5. 5. Place the dough pieces on the prepared trays.
  6. 6. Take nine of the dough pieces and spread tomato sauce on them.
  7. 7. Wash the basil thoroughly.
  8. 8. Shake the basil dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  11. 11. Put the basil into a bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the basil with crème fraîche.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Spread the basil cream on the remaining nine dough pieces.
  15. 15. Wash the fennel.
  16. 16. Cut the fennel in half.
  17. 17. Remove the hard core from the fennel.
  18. 18. Cut the fennel into thin strips.
  19. 19. Wash the spring onions.
  20. 20. Shake the spring onions dry.
  21. 21. Trim the root ends of the spring onions.
  22. 22. Slice the spring onions into rings.
  23. 23. Wash the zucchini.
  24. 24. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  25. 25. Slice the zucchini thinly.
  26. 26. Wash the asparagus.
  27. 27. Peel the lower third of the asparagus.
  28. 28. Cut the asparagus into diagonal slices.
  29. 29. Drain the mozzarella.
  30. 30. Slice the mozzarella.
  31. 31. Distribute the mozzarella slices on the pizzas with tomato sauce.
  32. 32. Top these pizzas with zucchini.
  33. 33. Add the fennel to the pizzas.
  34. 34. Put half of the spring onion rings on these pizzas.
  35. 35. Top the other pizzas with asparagus.
  36. 36. Put the remaining spring onion rings on these pizzas.
  37. 37. Grate the parmesan finely.
  38. 38. Sprinkle the parmesan over all the pizzas.
  39. 39. Place the trays in the oven one after the other.
  40. 40. Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes.
  41. 41. Wash the arugula.
  42. 42. Tear the arugula into small pieces.
  43. 43. Garnish the finished pizzas with the arugula.
  44. 44. Serve the pizzas immediately.
