Ingredients
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Crème fraîche 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Fennel 0.5 pcs
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Zucchini 1 pcs
- Green asparagus 100 g
- Mozzarella 1 pcs
- Parmesan 50 g
- Arugula 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- 3. Roll out the pizza dough flat.
- 4. Cut the dough into 18 rectangular pieces.
- 5. Place the dough pieces on the prepared trays.
- 6. Take nine of the dough pieces and spread tomato sauce on them.
- 7. Wash the basil thoroughly.
- 8. Shake the basil dry.
- 9. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 10. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 11. Put the basil into a bowl.
- 12. Mix the basil with crème fraîche.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Spread the basil cream on the remaining nine dough pieces.
- 15. Wash the fennel.
- 16. Cut the fennel in half.
- 17. Remove the hard core from the fennel.
- 18. Cut the fennel into thin strips.
- 19. Wash the spring onions.
- 20. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 21. Trim the root ends of the spring onions.
- 22. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- 23. Wash the zucchini.
- 24. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
- 25. Slice the zucchini thinly.
- 26. Wash the asparagus.
- 27. Peel the lower third of the asparagus.
- 28. Cut the asparagus into diagonal slices.
- 29. Drain the mozzarella.
- 30. Slice the mozzarella.
- 31. Distribute the mozzarella slices on the pizzas with tomato sauce.
- 32. Top these pizzas with zucchini.
- 33. Add the fennel to the pizzas.
- 34. Put half of the spring onion rings on these pizzas.
- 35. Top the other pizzas with asparagus.
- 36. Put the remaining spring onion rings on these pizzas.
- 37. Grate the parmesan finely.
- 38. Sprinkle the parmesan over all the pizzas.
- 39. Place the trays in the oven one after the other.
- 40. Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes.
- 41. Wash the arugula.
- 42. Tear the arugula into small pieces.
- 43. Garnish the finished pizzas with the arugula.
- 44. Serve the pizzas immediately.
