🍽️ Mini Flammkuchen with Grapes, Onions and Nuts

Ingredients
- Wheat flour, Type 405 350 g
- Water 200 ml
- Salt Pinch
- Oil 5 Tbsp
- Grapes, dark 250 g
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Walnut kernels 4 Tbsp
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Sour cream 200 g
- Honey 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, water, salt and 3 tablespoons of oil into a bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 3. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 4. Let the dough rest at room temperature.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 6. Wash the grapes.
- 7. Halve the grapes if they are large.
- 8. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 9. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 10. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
- 11. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 12. Chop the nuts coarsely.
- 13. Put the grapes, onions, thyme and nuts into a bowl.
- 14. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper.
- 15. Mix everything well together.
- 16. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- 17. Dust the work surface with flour.
- 18. Roll each piece of dough into a thin flatbread.
- 19. Place the flatbreads on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 20. Brush each flatbread with 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
- 21. Top the flatbreads with the grape and onion mixture.
- 22. Bake the mini flammkuchen in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 23. Take the flammkuchen out when they are golden brown.
- 24. Drizzle the hot flammkuchen with honey.
- 25. Serve the winzerfladen lukewarm or cold.
