  4. 4. Alternatively, you can use paper liners in the tin.
  5. 5. Crush the butter cookies finely, for example using a glass or blender.
  6. 6. Melt the butter in a pot or the microwave.
  7. 7. Mix the melted butter with the cookie crumbs to form a dough.
  8. 8. Divide the mixture among the muffin cups.
  9. 9. Press the crumbs down firmly with a small glass to create a base.
  10. 10. Mix the room-temperature cream cheese and quark until creamy.
  11. 11. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon paste.
  12. 12. Stir the ingredients until smooth, without incorporating air.
  13. 13. Add the eggs one by one and stir them in briefly.
  14. 14. Tap the bowl gently on the work surface several times.
  15. 15. This removes any air bubbles formed in the mixture.
  16. 16. Fill the cheesecake mixture onto the prepared cookie bases.
  17. 17. Tap the muffin tin briefly on the work surface again.
  18. 18. This allows rising air bubbles to escape.
  19. 19. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  20. 20. Melt two-thirds of the chocolate coating in the microwave or over a water bath.
  21. 21. Stir in the remaining third to temper the chocolate.
  22. 22. Pour the liquid chocolate into a piping bag or freezer bag.
  23. 23. Fill a bowl with very cold water and add ice cubes.
  24. 24. Pipe the chocolate in a circular motion into the ice water.
  25. 25. Press the chocolate line slightly into the water with a fork.
  26. 26. This creates additional layers for a three-dimensional nest.
  27. 27. Dip the nest into the water repeatedly until the chocolate is firm.
  28. 28. Chop the pistachios very finely.
  29. 29. Place a finished chocolate nest on each cooled muffin.
  30. 30. Decorate the nests with chocolate eggs and the chopped pistachios.
