  2. 2. Drain the cherries in a sieve, collecting the juice. Mix the cherry juice with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and cornstarch. Heat the liquid in another pot and let it simmer for about 3 minutes until it thickens. Then add the cherries and remove from heat.
  3. 3. Taste the rice pudding and cherry sauce, then serve them together. Enjoy your meal!
