🍰 Rice Pudding with Cherries

Ingredients
- milk 1.5 L
- sugar 3 tbsp
- rice pudding rice 300 g
- cherries, fresh 350 g
- cinnamon pinch
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar to a boil and stir in the rice pudding. Let it simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Drain the cherries in a sieve, collecting the juice. Mix the cherry juice with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and cornstarch. Heat the liquid in another pot and let it simmer for about 3 minutes until it thickens. Then add the cherries and remove from heat.
- 3. Taste the rice pudding and cherry sauce, then serve them together.
