  2. 2. Rinse the beef hip steaks under running water.
  3. 3. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the beef into thin strips.
  5. 5. Add two tablespoons of oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt to a bowl.
  6. 6. Stir the marinade well.
  7. 7. Add the meat strips.
  8. 8. Massage the marinade thoroughly into the meat.
  9. 9. Rinse the bell peppers under running water.
  10. 10. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
  11. 11. Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper quarters.
  12. 12. Peel the onions.
  13. 13. Cut the onions into half-strips.
  14. 14. Cut the peppers and onions into strips about 0.5 centimeters wide.
  15. 15. Place the cut vegetable strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  16. 16. Add one tablespoon of oil and some salt to the vegetables.
  17. 17. Mix the vegetables with the oil and salt.
  18. 18. Add the marinated beef to the vegetables on the tray.
  19. 19. Mix the meat and vegetables together.
  20. 20. Spread everything out in a single layer on the tray as much as possible.
  21. 21. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
  22. 22. Bake the meat and vegetables for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  23. 23. Turn the meat and vegetables occasionally during the baking time.
  24. 24. Rinse the lime under running water.
  25. 25. Cut the lime in half.
  26. 26. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  27. 27. Put the sour cream into a small bowl.
  28. 28. Add some lime juice to the sour cream.
  29. 29. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper.
  30. 30. Rinse the cilantro under running water.
  31. 31. Remove the coarse stems from the cilantro.
  32. 32. Finely chop the cilantro leaves.
  33. 33. Place the wraps on an oven rack.
  34. 34. Warm the wraps one after the other in the oven.
  35. 35. Bake the wraps for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  36. 36. Carefully remove the baking tray from the oven when the meat and vegetables are done.
  37. 37. Mix half of the chopped cilantro into the meat and vegetables.
  38. 38. Fill the warmed wraps with peppers, onions, and beef.
  39. 39. Drizzle the filled wraps with the seasoned sour cream as desired.
  40. 40. Add Sriracha sauce to taste.
  41. 41. Add some of the remaining lime juice over the wraps.
  42. 42. Sprinkle the finished fajita wraps with the remaining cilantro.
  43. 43. Serve the wraps immediately.
