🥤 Mexican Coffee

Ingredients
- chili, ground pinch
- cinnamon stick 2 pcs.
- cloves 1 tsp
- water 800 ml
- coffee 4 tbsp
- milk 400 ml
- chocolate, dark 10 g
- cinnamon pinch
- brown sugar 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Bring chili powder, cinnamon, and cloves in a pot with water to a boil and then let steep for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil again and strain through a fine sieve. Use this to brew the coffee.
- 3. In a different pot, heat the milk and froth it. Grate the chocolate finely.
- 4. Distribute the coffee among 4 cups, top with the milk foam. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate, garnish with a little cinnamon, and sweeten to taste with sugar. Cheers!
