  1. 1. Bring chili powder, cinnamon, and cloves in a pot with water to a boil and then let steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Bring the water to a boil again and strain through a fine sieve. Use this to brew the coffee.
  3. 3. In a different pot, heat the milk and froth it. Grate the chocolate finely.
  4. 4. Distribute the coffee among 4 cups, top with the milk foam. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate, garnish with a little cinnamon, and sweeten to taste with sugar. Cheers!
