  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the snow peas.
  4. 4. Slice the snow peas diagonally into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the pepper.
  6. 6. Halve the pepper and remove the stem and seeds.
  7. 7. Finely chop the pepper.
  8. 8. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Coarsely chop the basil leaves.
  11. 11. In a bowl, mix the pepper with 3 tablespoons of oil.
  12. 12. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  13. 13. Stir 1 tablespoon of raw sugar into the mixture.
