Ingredients
- Cantaloupe melon 0.5 pc.
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Mini mozzarella balls 250 g
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Peel the skin from the flesh.
- 4. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 5. Wash the basil under cold water.
- 6. Shake the leaves dry.
- 7. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 8. Drain the mozzarella in a colander.
- 9. Let the cheese drain well.
- 10. Split the Serrano ham strips lengthwise in half.
- 11. Thread the melon, basil, mozzarella, and ham onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 12. Place the finished skewers in the refrigerator until serving.
