🍰 Refreshing Melon Slush Ice

Ingredients
- water 100 g
- sugar 80 g
- mint, fresh 4 g
- cantaloupe melon 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Put water, sugar, and a mint sprig into a pot.
- 2. Let the syrup boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the melon and hollow it out.
- 5. Cut the melon flesh into small pieces.
- 6. Place the melon pieces into a shallow baking dish.
- 7. Pour the warm syrup over the melon pieces.
- 8. Remove the mint leaves from the syrup.
- 9. Squeeze in the juice of a lime.
- 10. Stir the mixture well together.
- 11. Place the dish in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
- 12. Wait until the mixture is completely frozen.
- 13. Take the frozen mixture out of the freezer.
- 14. Puree the mixture with a blender or chop it finely.
- 15. Serve the slush ice in pre-frozen dessert glasses.
- 16. Alternatively, you can serve it in the hollowed-out melon.
