🍰 Melon Salad with Honey-Yogurt Dressing and Walnuts

Ingredients
- Limes 1 pc.
- Honeydew melon 2 pc.
- Watermelon 1 kg
- Walnut kernels 50 g
- Honey 5 tbsp
- Sour cream yogurt Greek style 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lime thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Halve the honeydew melons, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Save the shells. Peel the watermelons and remove the seeds.
- 2. Dice the prepared melon flesh and mix it in a bowl with the lime juice. Place this mixture into the halves of the honeydew melons and store in the refrigerator.
- 3. Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan without fat. Pour 2 tablespoons of honey over them and let them caramelize briefly. Place on baking paper and let cool, then chop coarsely.
- 4. In a bowl, stir the yogurt with the remaining honey. Pour the honey-yogurt dressing over the melon salad, sprinkle with the walnuts, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
