🥗 Fresh Melon and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
- watermelon 400 g
- salad cucumbers 1 pc.
- mozzarella 250 g
- onions, red 1 pc.
- arugula 50 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- sugar pinch
- chili, ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon into quarters and remove the peel.
- 2. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes as well.
- 4. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 6. Wash the arugula thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner.
- 7. Tear the dry arugula into small pieces.
- 8. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- 9. Mix the lime juice in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, sugar, and chili.
- 10. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl and toss them well with the dressing.
- 11. Serve the salad immediately.
