  1. 1. Cut the melon into quarters and remove the peel.
  2. 2. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes as well.
  4. 4. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
  6. 6. Wash the arugula thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner.
  7. 7. Tear the dry arugula into small pieces.
  8. 8. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  9. 9. Mix the lime juice in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, sugar, and chili.
  10. 10. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl and toss them well with the dressing.
  11. 11. Serve the salad immediately.
