🥤 Refreshing Watermelon and Mint Shake

Ingredients
- Watermelon 1 kg
- Mint, fresh 15 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Brown Sugar 4 tbsp
- Crushed Ice 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watermelon and remove the green rind.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the fruit flesh.
- 3. Cut the deseeded flesh into large chunks.
- 4. Rinse the mint under running water.
- 5. Shake the mint dry so no water remains on it.
- 6. Pluck the individual mint leaves from the stems.
- 7. Cut the lime in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice out of the lime slices.
- 9. Place the watermelon chunks, mint leaves, lime juice, and cane sugar into a tall container.
- 10. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until you have a smooth mixture.
- 11. Fill four glasses with two tablespoons of crushed ice each.
- 12. Pour the watermelon-mint mixture over the ice in the glasses.
- 13. Garnish the shakes with fresh mint sprigs and thin lime slices according to taste.
- 14. Serve the shakes immediately and enjoy.
