🥤 Melon-Basil Smoothie

Ingredients
- Black tea 4 g
- Watermelon 1 pc
- Basil, fresh 40 g
- Nectarine 2 pcs
- Lemon 1 pc
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Pour 300 milliliters of boiling water over the black tea.
- 2. Let the tea steep for about 6 minutes.
- 3. Remove the tea bag from the liquid.
- 4. Let the finished tea cool down.
- 5. Peel the melon completely.
- 6. Remove all seeds from the melon.
- 7. Scoop out 4 balls from the melon flesh.
- 8. Cut the rest of the melon flesh into coarse cubes.
- 9. Wash the basil thoroughly under running water.
- 10. Shake the basil dry.
- 11. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 12. Wash the nectarines.
- 13. Quarter the nectarines.
- 14. Remove the pits from the nectarine quarters.
- 15. Cut the nectarines into wedges.
- 16. Thread a nectarine wedge onto a skewer.
- 17. Thread a melon ball onto the same skewer.
- 18. Thread a basil leaf onto the same skewer.
- 19. Repeat this for all four skewers.
- 20. Wash the lemon.
- 21. Halve the lemon.
- 22. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 23. Put the remaining nectarines into a mixing container.
- 24. Put the melon cubes into the mixing container.
- 25. Put the lemon juice into the mixing container.
- 26. Put the vanilla sugar into the mixing container.
- 27. Put the cooled black tea into the mixing container.
- 28. Put the basil into the mixing container.
- 29. Blend everything for 40 seconds on level 8.
- 30. Taste the smoothie and adjust with sugar if needed.
- 31. Distribute the smoothie among 4 glasses.
- 32. Garnish the glasses with the fruit skewers.
