  1. 1. Pour 400 milliliters of boiling water over the black tea.
  2. 2. Let the tea steep under a lid for about 6 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the tea bags from the water.
  4. 4. Let the finished tea cool down.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the honeydew melon.
  6. 6. Cut 8 very thin slices from the melon and set them aside for decoration.
  7. 7. Cut the rest of the melon flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the apricots thoroughly.
  9. 9. Halve the apricots and remove the pits.
  10. 10. Put the apricots, the melon cubes, and the cooled tea into a tall container.
  11. 11. Puree the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
  12. 12. Stir vanilla sugar into the puree.
  13. 13. Mix the puree with mineral water.
  14. 14. Fill the mixture into glasses.
  15. 15. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
  16. 16. Decorate the glasses with the melon slices cut aside earlier.
  17. 17. Serve the iced tea immediately.
