🍽️ Mediterranean Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- rosemary, fresh 20 g
- thyme, fresh 20 g
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- red wine, dry 2 tbsp
- pork fillet 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the herbs under running water.
- 2. Dry the herbs with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove the leaves and needles from the tough stems.
- 4. Chop the herbs finely.
- 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 6. Chop the garlic finely as well.
- 7. Place the chopped herbs and garlic into a bowl.
- 8. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Add the wine.
- 10. Mix everything well together.
- 11. Rinse the pork tenderloin under cold water.
- 12. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
- 13. Place the meat into the marinade.
- 14. Let the meat marinate for at least one hour.
- 15. Remove the meat from the marinade.
- 16. Preheat the grill.
- 17. Place the meat on the hot grill.
- 18. Grill the meat for about twelve minutes.
- 19. Remove the meat from the grill.
- 20. Plate the meat.
- 21. Enjoy your meal.
- 22. Alternatively, you can cook the meat in a pan.
- 23. Sear the meat over high heat for about five minutes.
- 24. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 25. Cover the pan.
- 26. Finish cooking the meat for about fifteen minutes.
