Ingredients
- Zucchini 0.25 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes 100 g
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Mozzarella 1 pc.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the zucchini thoroughly, trim the ends, and slice it. Wash the tomatoes as well and halve them. Clean the basil, separate the leaves from the stems, and cut them into thin strips. Drain the mozzarella and tear it into small pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella well with the basil, some olive oil, and salt.
- 3. Heat up the raclette grill. Fill the raclette pans with zucchini and tomatoes. Top with the basil-mozzarella mixture and bake for about 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
