  1. 1. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  3. 3. Trim the ends of the zucchini and slice it into rounds.
  4. 4. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
  5. 5. Crush the garlic cloves flat using the side of a knife.
  6. 6. Place the prepared vegetables on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
  8. 8. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
  9. 9. Place the tray in the oven and bake the vegetables for 15 minutes.
  10. 10. Cut the herb butter into small pieces.
  11. 11. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  12. 12. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Take the tray out of the oven.
  14. 14. Place the chicken among the vegetables on the tray.
  15. 15. Distribute the pieces of herb butter on top of the chicken.
  16. 16. Place the tray back into the oven.
  17. 17. Bake the chicken for another 15 minutes until it is fully cooked.
  18. 18. Serve the finished dish on plates.
