🍽️ Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 500 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- organic lemons 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- mini cucumbers 3 pc.
- mini romaine lettuce 1 pc.
- tomatoes, dried 50 g
- baguette 2 pc.
- mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse chicken fillets thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the lemon and grate about 1 tsp of the zest.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken for approx. 7 minutes. Then add garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper, remove the pan from the heat and let the chicken rest covered.
- 3. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers and slice them. Separate lettuce leaves individually, wash thoroughly and drain well. Halve the dried tomatoes. Slice the chicken into thin slices.
- 4. Cut the baguette lengthwise and spread with mayonnaise. Arrange the ingredients on top if desired, portion and serve the Mediterranean chicken sandwich. Enjoy your meal!
