  1. 1. Put the cashew nuts and walnuts into the blender.
  2. 2. Crush the nuts for 3 seconds on the highest speed (level 8).
  3. 3. Pour the coarsely crushed nuts into a bowl.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Roast the sesame seeds in the pan for about 3 minutes without adding extra fat.
  6. 6. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan and place them on a plate.
  7. 7. Let the sesame seeds cool down completely.
  8. 8. Rinse the orange under hot water.
  9. 9. Grate about 1 tablespoon of fine orange zest.
  10. 10. Wash the rosemary under running water.
  11. 11. Pat the rosemary dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Strip the needles off the rosemary sprig.
  13. 13. Put the nuts, rosemary, orange zest, and salt into the blender.
  14. 14. Puree the ingredients for 25 seconds on the highest speed (level 8).
  15. 15. Gently fold the cooled sesame seeds into the mixture.
  16. 16. Fill the finished spice salt into an airtight container.
  17. 17. Store the salt in the refrigerator.
