🥗 Mediterranean Salad with Melon Dressing

Ingredients
- Valerian 150 g
- Radicchio 1 pc.
- Honeydew melon 0.5 pc.
- parmesan 50 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Light balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Salami slices 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the valerian thoroughly and let it drain. Tear the radicchio into small pieces and wash it as well.
- 2. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, peel it, and cut it into cubes. Shave the Parmesan into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Puree a portion of melon together with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard in a tall container. Season with salt and pepper.
