  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Rinse the beef steaks and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Let the steaks rest at room temperature for a moment.
  4. 4. Wash the peppers, halve them, and remove the stems and seeds.
  5. 5. Cut the peppers into strips.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half crosswise.
  7. 7. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
  8. 8. Place the tomatoes and peppers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Add some olive oil, the rosemary, and salt.
  10. 10. Mix everything well.
  11. 11. Roast the vegetables in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  13. 13. Season the beef steaks with salt on both sides.
  14. 14. Sear the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side.
  15. 15. Place the steaks together with the vegetables in the oven.
  16. 16. Continue cooking them for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  17. 17. Remove the pan from the stove.
  18. 18. Halve the burger buns.
  19. 19. Toast the bun halves for about 1 minute in the hot pan.
  20. 20. Mix crème fraîche in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
  22. 22. Carefully remove the vegetables and steaks from the oven.
  23. 23. Spread the crème fraîche sauce onto the bun halves.
  24. 24. Place the roasted vegetables on the buns.
  25. 25. Place the steak on top of the vegetables.
  26. 26. Cover the burger with the remaining bun halves.
