🍽️ Mediterranean Burger with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
- beef rump steaks 600 g
- pepper, yellow 2 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- rosemary, fresh 10 g
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- oil 1 tbsp
- hamburger buns 4 pcs.
- crème fraîche 100 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Rinse the beef steaks and pat them dry.
- 3. Let the steaks rest at room temperature for a moment.
- 4. Wash the peppers, halve them, and remove the stems and seeds.
- 5. Cut the peppers into strips.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half crosswise.
- 7. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
- 8. Place the tomatoes and peppers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Add some olive oil, the rosemary, and salt.
- 10. Mix everything well.
- 11. Roast the vegetables in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 12. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 13. Season the beef steaks with salt on both sides.
- 14. Sear the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 15. Place the steaks together with the vegetables in the oven.
- 16. Continue cooking them for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 17. Remove the pan from the stove.
- 18. Halve the burger buns.
- 19. Toast the bun halves for about 1 minute in the hot pan.
- 20. Mix crème fraîche in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- 21. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 22. Carefully remove the vegetables and steaks from the oven.
- 23. Spread the crème fraîche sauce onto the bun halves.
- 24. Place the roasted vegetables on the buns.
- 25. Place the steak on top of the vegetables.
- 26. Cover the burger with the remaining bun halves.
- 27. Enjoy your meal!
